Feel you need some additional support in your recovery from an eating disorder? Suffering from emotional patterns of eating or self destructive behaviour? Then having a recovery mentor could be for you.

So often we turn to our bodies as the cause of blame.
We neglect them, starve them, abuse them; dishonouring the one home we are destined to have for the rest of our lives.

Whether you face barriers in your relationship with food, body image, fitness, mental health, with me you will build the self-awareness and skill set to become resilient in your recovery and take steps to improve your health.

Tailored for those in recovery from disordered eating who feel they need additional support and guidance. Josceline offers personalised 60minutes sessions that run face-to-face, or over Skype, to help educate and push you forward in recovery.

Over the course of your sessions you will address factors such as:

  • Goal Setting in recovery

  • Addressing barriers to change and negative thoughts

  • Creating an environment that fosters recovery

  • Relapse Prevention: Identifying triggers

  • Building positive body image

  • Introduction to Intuitive Eating in recovery

  • Creating forward focus & future ambitions

Through my workshops and seminars I aim share my story and knowledge about mental health and eating disorders to help educate and empower others to be proactive when it comes to their own, and others, mental health.

Josceline has extensive experience in public speaking and running workshops covering topics relating to mental health awareness & eating disorder recovery.
In the past Josceline has worked with the
BBC being twice guest speaker on the Victoria Derbyshire Show, on local radio, as well as running seminars and workshops in her local community, schools and University.”

Josceline has been published by the British Psychological Society (BPS) in their journal “Psych-Talk’ addressing the neuropathology of eating disorders.
She has also been published in Real People Magazine, Daily Mail Online, and The Surrey Advertiser, as well as guest appearances on BBC Victoria Derbyshire programme, speaking about her experience and campaigning for better treatment and services for eating disorders.
